Our driver will meet you at your hotel and lead you to your car to begin tour to Gori & Uplistsikhe from Gudauri.

Visit the Ananuri Fortress from the 16th century and get to know it’s stunning history throughout the past full of invasions and conquest. Look at the famous mural depicting the judgement day.

Afterwards we continue to make a short photo stop at the breathtaking views of the Zhinvali Lake/Reservoir.

Next, we head out to Gori, where you’ll have a very special experience visiting the Stalin’s museum in it’s original soviet look. You can take a walk inside the personal train carriage of Joseph Stalin which he used to go to Tehran for the big three meeting. You can find many oddities in the museum as well as you’ll get to know the “soft side” of Joseph or Soso as Georgians call him.

After the museum, we’ll stop for a lunch with a local family to explore the local cuisine made from local products.

The last stop for the day is the cave city of Uplistsikhe built somewhere in 4th century B.C it used to be a full scale city-fortress. We’ll explore the whole complex and will learn about the secrets of this Pagan city.

Finally, We’ll head back to Gudauri and our driver will drop you off at your hotel.
